yes yes yes a tablespoon can F up a cylinder, but on a TT consider *how far* that water has to travel just to get to the engine. I know a few people that were being told it's hydrolock when in fact the turbos or ICs are just full of water and the car can't generate enough vacuum to pull air through the fishtanks up front to run. The TBs are the highpoint in the system, look at how many feet of lower tubing there is before you even get to the TB! Check the turbos and ICs for fluid and do a compression check.
